Z_Testing Two Self-Registration

I confirm that all athletes registered by me are in good physical condition. Where applicable, all medical examinations have been done (e.g. atlanto-axial instability screening for Down's syndrome) and measures taken to ensure that they can practise their sport free of injuries. I am responsible and decide whether and how my athletes can practise their sport. The event organiser does not accept any liability for accidents and injuries.

Special Olympics Switzerland supports sport activities that are healthy, fair and successful. It exemplifies these values by treating others with respect and acting and communicating transparently. Special Olympics Switzerland recognises the current "Statutes on Ethics in Swiss Sport" and shares these principles with its partners.

In this context, the Foundation Council of Special Olympics Switzerland has decided to recognise and subject itself to the Statutes on Ethics in Swiss Sport. The Statutes on Ethics are binding for Special Olympics Switzerland itself as well as for its employees, members of commissions, sub-organisations (e.g. organisers of competitions, LOCs of games, support associations), athletes participating in events of Special Olympics Switzerland, coaches, caregivers, doctors and officials.

I also accept the Statutes on Ethics on behalf of all other persons registered by me. The doping provisions of the Statutes on Ethics do not apply in this form to competitions of Special Olympics Switzerland. Any medication must be taken for health reasons and does not serve the illicit enhancement of performance.

Suspected violations of the Statutes on Ethics are investigated by Swiss Sport Integrity. The Disciplinary Chamber of Swiss Sport is responsible for assessing and sanctioning confirmed violations of the Statutes on Ethics. The Disciplinary Chamber applies its procedural provisions. To the exclusion of the ordinary courts of law, decisions by the Disciplinary Chamber can be appealed to the Tribunal Arbitral du Sport (TAS) in Lausanne within 21 days of receipt of the decision, including the opinion.

The most recent version of the Statutes on Ethics can be viewed on the Swiss Olympic website at any time.

By registering with and making use of the SDS sports database of Special Olympics Switzerland (SOSWI), I declare my acceptance of the following data privacy policy and terms of use.
This is a one-time consent that is valid for all future competitions, events and activities that are organised or executed via SDS.

1. Responsibility and purpose of data processing
Special Olympics Switzerland as the Controller under the applicable data protection law is responsible for the processing of personal data in SDS.
I confirm that I am authorised to enter other persons (in particular athletes) into this SDS sports database, manage their data and register them for events. This involves the processing of personal as well as sensitive personal data (e.g. photos, information about physical impairments or health limitations), provided that this is required for the execution of events.
Data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- Organisation, execution and follow-up of events
- Internal communication
- Processing by participating event organisers
Data is never used for commercial purposes.

2. Forwarding of data to sports associations (licensing, membership and event-specific communication)
If a licence or membership of a relevant sports association is required for participating in competitions or for practising a sport, or the relevant sports association is involved in the organisation or execution of an event, I hereby consent that the personal data of the persons concerned may be transmitted to the relevant sports association.
Data is transmitted exclusively for the purpose of
•    licensing or membership and the associated communication, and
•    event-specific communication and organisational execution,
and only to the required extent.
Any further use or independent processing of the data by the sports association is not permitted.

3. Photos and films
By registering, you agree that photos and film recordings made during the event may be used for non-commercial communication purposes (e.g. website, annual report, information and branding materials). Such photos and film recordings can be saved in the wearepepper image database and be made available to selected partners of SOSWI for appropriate communication measures.
You also confirm that all registered persons (in particular athletes) and their legal representatives were informed of the possibility of photo and film recordings and their use and that their consent has been obtained.

4. Access rights and assignment to other coaches
Persons entered by me can be assigned to other authorised persons (e.g. coaches) within SDS. This does not qualify as the transmission of data to third parties, but is simply an internal access regulation within the SDS system.
Access is only granted to personal data if the newly authorised person has a personal SDS account and has agreed to these conditions.

5. Duration and revocation of consent
Consent is valid until it is revoked. Consent can be revoked at any time with future effect. After receipt of the revocation, the relevant personal data is no longer processed and is erased, unless statutory archiving requirements apply.
Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing done previously.
After revocation, the persons concerned can no longer be registered for events that are organised or executed via SDS.
